Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a Polier/in / Montageleiter/in (m/w/d) to join their team in Berlin. This role involves organizing and coordinating construction processes and monitoring construction activities.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring projects meet technical, qualitative, and economic requirements. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating the construction process and monitoring construction activities (quality control).
• Planning and implementing construction site logistics (ordering, disposition, and coordination of material deliveries and returns).
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical, qualitative, and economic requirements.
• Serving as a contact person for all project participants on-site.
• Supporting the construction management team in their dealings with external project partners and creating documentation.

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training or further education as a certified foreman, master craftsman, or technician.
• Several years of professional experience as a foreman/assembly manager.
• A high degree of quality awareness and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German.
• Willingness to travel for nationwide assignments.
