Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. The company is known for its modular construction approach, focusing on sustainable and affordable buildings that set a new standard for smart living. This role offers the flexibility to work either in Berlin or remotely.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for creating project schedules, starting from the proposal phase in collaboration with the sales team, and discussing them with the client. They will detail these plans during the application planning and construction phases, coordinating closely with project management. Additionally, the role involves developing standardized construction process concepts and implementing them into individual construction processes.

To enhance efficiency, the Project Engineer will work closely with project management, calculation, and construction site setup teams to improve processes and standardize procedures. GROPYUS values innovation and collaboration to drive efficiency and quality in their projects.

Role involves:

• Creating project schedules from proposal to construction.
• Discussing schedules with clients during the proposal phase.
• Detailing plans during application planning and construction.
• Collaborating with project management.
• Developing standardized construction process concepts.
• Implementing concepts into individual construction processes.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in business, project management, or civil engineering (FH/TU), or a comparable education.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in a comparable position and/or the supervision of construction sites in the context of work preparation and scheduling.
• Solid knowledge in the use of MS-Office as well as CAD software, especially AutoCAD and preferably also Revit.
• Good knowledge of project planning software, e.g., MS-Project, PowerProject.
• Teamwork, motivation, structured and independent work style, and social skills.
