Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, focusing on economic and technical objectives. The Project Manager will ensure timely and quality-assured execution, control construction progress, and coordinate engineers and subcontractors. They will lead site teams, negotiate with clients, and manage claims.Responsibilities include:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects.
• Ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Controlling construction progress and site results.
• Coordinating engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Leading site teams and managing personnel.
• Negotiating with clients and subcontractors.
• Managing claims.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in project management of large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in Office products.
• Transparent and cooperative communication style.
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Team spirit and independent work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for digital applications and innovative processes.
• Fluency in German and good English skills.
