Job Description
GROPYUS is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, focusing on economic and technical objectives. The Project Manager will ensure timely and quality-assured execution, control construction progress, and coordinate engineers and subcontractors. They will lead site teams, negotiate with clients, and manage claims.Responsibilities include:

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience in project management of large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Office products.
  • Transparent and cooperative communication style.
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Team spirit and independent work ethic.
  • Enthusiasm for digital applications and innovative processes.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills.
