GROPYUS is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, focusing on economic and technical objectives. The Project Manager will ensure timely and quality-assured execution, control construction progress, and coordinate engineers and subcontractors. They will lead site teams, negotiate with clients, and manage claims.Responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in project management of large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in Office products.
- Transparent and cooperative communication style.
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Team spirit and independent work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for digital applications and innovative processes.
- Fluency in German and good English skills.
