(Senior) Kalkulator/in (m/w/d) (in Berlin oder Remote)

Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a (Senior) Kalkulator/in (m/w/d) to join their team in Berlin or remotely. This role involves creating cost estimates and quotations for turnkey construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for the technical and contractual evaluation of opportunities and risks.

The Kalkulator/in will work with project management to explain quotations to management, highlighting risk areas and opportunities for negotiation. They will develop the basis for quotations and post-calculations, including execution variants and project optimizations, and will be responsible for post-calculation activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Determining costs for building construction, outdoor facilities, site equipment, formwork, and equipment.
• Participating in optimizations in the construction process.
• Reviewing tender documents, service specifications, and lump-sum requests.
• Involving internal and external specialists in the preparation of quotations.
• Collecting current price data.
• Tracking actual price developments of realizable projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in economics or civil engineering (FH/TU) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the calculation and/or handling of complex turnkey construction projects.
• Proficient in general IT applications.
• Knowledge of an accounting and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO).
• Team player with independent work ethic.
• Interest and commitment to successfully shape projects and processes.
