Inventory Control Specialist at CoreWeave Europe

CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate records and manage logistics for IT assets within the data centre region in Europe. The role is based 100% onsite in Viladecans.

Role involves:

• Maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and other IT assets.
• Coordinating the shipping and receiving of IT materials.
• Conducting ongoing audits of the asset inventory.
• Collaborating with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently.
• Keeping detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits.
• Utilising inventory management software and other tools.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with various teams.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory records.
• Willingness to travel (roughly 25%) within the designated region

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management, ideally within the IT sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable working in a data centre environment, and ability to move and lift heavy objects.
• Capable of flexing and pivoting as priorities shift.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about the latest advancements in cloud compute services.
