CoreWeave, an AI Hyperscaler, is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Program Manager to lead a pivotal function within their Customer Success organization. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring communication and alignment. The Program Manager will manage client relationships and enable cross-functional synergies to drive improvements for new and existing operational processes and tools.CoreWeave requires candidates to have a strong background in data centers and cloud computing, familiarity with RMA processes and server operations, and demonstrated experience in client-facing support. A strong record of success in cross-functional project management is essential.Responsibilities:

• Managing client relationships and acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Enabling cross-functional synergies to drive improvements for new and existing operational processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven technical project management experience in cloud or high-performance computing, specifically server and data center operations.
• Experience communicating with clients and external vendors regarding their business needs, priorities, and incidents.
• Familiarity with Linux, containerization technologies, and cloud computing concepts.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience working closely with supply chain and engineering teams.
• Experience with ticketing systems and analyzing data.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing process workflows.
• Familiarity with tools and methods for creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Proven experience generating and reviewing client-facing reports.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• Robust problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical curiosity and an ability to assimilate complex technical concepts.
