Data Center Physical Security Specialist at CoreWeave Europe

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Physical Security Specialist to implement and enforce physical security standards and policies in CoreWeave's data center spaces. The specialist will manage facility access policies, conduct audits, and administer access requests and revocations. They will liaise between CoreWeave and its collocation partners, advocating for the highest level of security to protect personnel, infrastructure, and intellectual property. • Day-to-day administration of security policy at CoreWeave’s data centers
• Work with collocation partners to enforce security policy
• Produce timely audit reports
• Enforce a principle of “least privilege” for access
• Create security training programs
• Establish a regular cadence for security training
• Create an accessible archive of security policy documentation
• Onboard new employees
• Maintain a continuing security training program
• Regularly tour and inspect data centers
• Create inspection reports with findings
• Create a program to remediate findings and track to a successful conclusion
• Lead investigations of security incidents
• Meet regularly with CoreWeave customers to ensure their needs are met

• 5+ years in the physical security field; law enforcement/military experience may be applicable
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using office tools such as MAC/Windows/Google Workspace
• Strong time management, good technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Willingness to learn new technologies/toolsets as part of the job responsibilities
• Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future
