LetsGetChecked is seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join its dynamic finance team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves managing the end-to-end payroll cycle across multiple EMEA countries, addressing payroll-related issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements and support US payroll.
Responsibilities: - Managing payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries.
- Addressing payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Partnering with Finance, Tax & Treasury teams.
- Performing month-end journals and reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Identifying process improvements.
- Supporting US Payroll.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing multiple EMEA payrolls.
- Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines.
- A recognised payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP, CPP, or equivalent).
- Experience with BrightPay and Payzaar is an advantage.
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage technology companies.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
