LetsGetChecked is seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join its dynamic finance team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves managing the end-to-end payroll cycle across multiple EMEA countries, addressing payroll-related issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements and support US payroll. Responsibilities:
  • Managing payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Addressing payroll issues and discrepancies.
  • Partnering with Finance, Tax & Treasury teams.
  • Performing month-end journals and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Identifying process improvements.
  • Supporting US Payroll.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing multiple EMEA payrolls.
  • Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines.
  • A recognised payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP, CPP, or equivalent).
  • Experience with BrightPay and Payzaar is an advantage.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage technology companies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
