Job Description
Cresta is seeking a Director of Technical Solutions to lead their Solutions Architects & Customer Engineers team. The Director will guide the technical strategy and execution of customer experience solutions.
The role involves aligning technical capabilities with customer needs and fostering collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and mentoring a team of Solutions Architects
- Defining and driving the technical architecture blueprint for pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Serving as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with key stakeholders
- Partnering closely with Sales to develop effective land-and-expand strategies
- Maintaining knowledge of Cresta’s platform integrations, telephony systems, and customer experience technologies
- Collaborating with Product & Engineering for ongoing tooling enhancements
- Driving a consultative approach to problem-solving and fostering strong client relationships
- Establishing and improve system for staffing, scoping and project utilization
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within solutions architecture
- Expertise in telephony systems and contact center infrastructure
- Understanding of integration options, APIs, iPaaS, and UI integrations
- Experience with large-scale enterprise software implementations and solutions architecture
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
