Job Description
Cresta is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Brand Designer to contribute to building its brand as a market leader. Reporting to the Creative Director, the designer will help build and implement design systems impacting various marketing interactions, including the website, advertising, and trade show booths.This designer will manage multiple concurrent projects from start to finish and analyze their performance. Working within a small team, the designer will handle tasks of varying sizes and contribute to the evolution of the Cresta brand.Role responsibilities include:
  • Designing, building, and refining marketing materials for web, ads, events, presentations, and collateral.
  • Implementing existing design standards and managing their application in outsourced projects.
  • Contributing to the development of new design standards.
  • Providing thoughtful input to creative endeavors.
  • Maintaining organization and communicating effectively with creative partners and stakeholders.
  • Evaluating and improving the quality of creative production.
  • Collaborating with team members and providing support as required.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of marketing design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • A design portfolio showcasing the ability to deliver excellence.
  • Experience marketing software or AI products is a plus.
