Job Description

Cresta is seeking a Sales Development Manager to build, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role involves strategically implementing repeatable processes, evolving the SDR playbook, and taking ownership of pipeline targets. The Sales Development Manager will cultivate a team culture of creativity, growth, and accountability while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to accelerate growth across inbound and outbound channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, onboarding, and developing SDR talent.
  • Building and iterating on a data-driven outbound & Inbound strategy.
  • Fostering a winning culture
  • Motivating team
  • Improving SDRs and helping them grow.
  • Reporting on SDR KPIs
  • Partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales / SDR leadership experience
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Understanding of modern SDR processes and tools
  • Experience executing an outbound multichannel strategy
  • Track record of exceeding quota while leading a team
  • Analytical experience with managing pipeline goals and forecasting
