Job Description
Cresta is seeking a Sales Development Manager to build, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role involves strategically implementing repeatable processes, evolving the SDR playbook, and taking ownership of pipeline targets. The Sales Development Manager will cultivate a team culture of creativity, growth, and accountability while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to accelerate growth across inbound and outbound channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, onboarding, and developing SDR talent.
- Building and iterating on a data-driven outbound & Inbound strategy.
- Fostering a winning culture
- Motivating team
- Improving SDRs and helping them grow.
- Reporting on SDR KPIs
- Partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales / SDR leadership experience
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Understanding of modern SDR processes and tools
- Experience executing an outbound multichannel strategy
- Track record of exceeding quota while leading a team
- Analytical experience with managing pipeline goals and forecasting
