Job Description
Cresta is seeking a Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead its marketing operations team. This role is crucial for defining processes, implementing technologies, and ensuring measurable impact on Cresta’s bottom line. The Director will oversee global marketing operations, drive engagement with senior leadership, and lead pipeline strategy. They will also manage the marketing tech stack, ensure data governance, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing global marketing operations.
  • Driving engagement and alignment with senior leadership.
  • Leading pipeline strategy to drive demand and growth.
  • Configuring, integrating, and optimizing the marketing tech stack.
  • Identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing streamlined solutions.
  • Designing and refining dashboards and analytics frameworks.
  • Partnering with various teams to align marketing ops with business initiatives.
  • Managing and building out a global marketing operations function.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in strategic operational roles.
  • 5+ years specifically in marketing operations.
  • 5+ years managing Hubspot and Salesforce CRM.
  • Expertise in demand generation and marketing attribution.
  • Strategic problem solver with project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of database structures and data hygiene.
