Cresta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RVP, Strategic Sales to lead a team of Strategic Sales Directors. This role is pivotal in driving new enterprise business and expanding key accounts. The RVP will provide strategic direction and coaching, manage operational execution, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure the region achieves its new business and expansion goals.Cresta is dedicated to revolutionizing the workforce with AI, offering a platform that combines AI and human intelligence to enhance contact center performance.   • Recruit, hire, develop, and empower a team of Strategic Sales Directors.
  • Foster a culture of high accountability and scalable processes.
  • Scale strategic and enterprise sales processes to exceed ARR targets.
  • Lead and define an effective sales hiring process.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in various departments to create an effective Enterprise GTM strategy.
  • Ensure flawless sales execution for complex deals.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the executive leadership team.
  • Work closely with Partner leadership teams to achieve successful co-selling efforts.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams with minimum $1.5m ARR quotas.
  • Experience leading teams at high-growth software companies.
  • Master of hiring strategic and enterprise AEs.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent overachievement as both a seller and a leader.
  • Expertise in both land and expand sales strategies.
  • Willingness and expectation to travel (approx. 30-50%).
