Cresta is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to focus on securing deals with some of the largest companies in the US. This role involves identifying and articulating how Cresta's AI technology can unlock significant value for customers, building relationships with key executives, and evangelizing cutting-edge AI solutions.About Cresta:Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center.   • Own the sales experience and manage relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
  • Prospect for new clients, design product presentations, and develop proposals.
  • Develop a command of the Cresta product, the Contact Center market, and customer needs.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
  • Hit your number.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level.
  • Experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes.
  • Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
