Cresta is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to focus on securing deals with some of the largest companies in the US. This role involves identifying and articulating how Cresta's AI technology can unlock significant value for customers, building relationships with key executives, and evangelizing cutting-edge AI solutions.
Responsibilities: - Own the sales experience and manage relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies.
- Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
- Prospect for new clients, design product presentations, and develop proposals.
- Develop a command of the Cresta product and the Contact Center market.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
- Achieve sales targets.
Requirements: - 7+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level.
- Experience negotiating and structuring complex enterprise-level agreements.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes.
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
