Workato is seeking a Senior Platform/CICD Engineer to join their Infrastructure/CICD team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building modern cloud-native scalable solutions, maintaining and enhancing current solutions, and implementing complex deployment scenarios. This role involves working with engineering teams to improve developer throughput, analyzing metrics, and participating in system design consulting.

Responsibilities include:
- Building cloud-native solutions based on Temporal.
- Maintaining and enhancing current Internal Platform solutions.
- On-boarding Workato components & applications to Internal Platform.
- Implementing complex deployment scenarios.
- Working with engineering teams to improve services.
- Analyzing metrics from CICD pipelines.
- Participating in system design consulting and architecture reviews.
- Documenting development processes and best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve automation.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in CS or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in hands-on engineering roles (Platform Engineer / Software Engineer / DevOps / SRE / CICD).
- Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS).
- Experience with Kubernetes-based services using tools like Kustomize, Helm, ArgoCD.
- Experience creating scalable development and integration pipelines.
- Experience with internal platform tooling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and web services architecture.
- Experience with managing complex infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Hands-on experience with containers and related technologies.
- Familiarity with software packaging tools, functional testing, security validation tools, and code coverage tools.
- Readiness to communicate in English.
