Seesaw is seeking a Senior UX Designer, International Lead to join their team in Amman, Jordan. Seesaw is trusted and loved by 25 million educators, students, and families worldwide. The UX team at Seesaw is a passionate and collaborative group dedicated to designing intuitive, impactful experiences for educators, students, and families.This role will focus on leading the design efforts for translating and localizing Seesaw's app into Arabic, ensuring the user experience aligns with the needs of Arabic-speaking users. The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure localized versions maintain Seesaw's mission and vision while meeting the unique needs of the market.Role involves:

• Leading design efforts for localizing Seesaw’s platform into Arabic.
• Collaborating with designers, engineering, and product teams.
• Adapting design patterns for Arabic-speaking users.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product design and user experience.
• Degree or certification in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven experience designing user experiences for apps that support both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with right-to-left (RTL) design principles.
• Experience in design software tools such as Figma.
