Seesaw, a learning experience platform, is seeking an HR & Office Manager for their APAC office. This role will be the first employee in the area and will involve setting up and managing the new office, supporting the People team, and fostering the company culture.

The role involves:

  • Finding, securing, and setting up the Seesaw office in the region.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations to create a welcoming environment.
  • Supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing and scheduling.
  • Onboarding new employees, leading orientation and maintaining training materials.
  • Helping manage HR compliance, including offer letters and handbooks.
  • Supporting People program initiatives like performance management.
  • Maintaining and promoting the company culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Management, HR, Recruiting, or Administrative role.
  • Strong experience with local and region-specific employment law and cultural practices.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local dialect.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • Innovative and proactive.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for people and a learning mindset.
  • Approachable and able to build trusted relationships.
  • Experience utilizing HR systems and tools, Slack, Microsoft, and Google Suite.
