Rimes is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to join their team in Manila. Rimes provides enterprise data management solutions to the global investment community.

The Associate Operations Analyst will support the suite of Rimes products and services, providing customers with key information and analytical solutions. The role involves supporting performance attribution analysis, assisting in risk management and compliance, and aiding in portfolio management.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the suite of Rimes products and services.
  • Providing customers with key information and analytical solutions.
  • Supporting performance attribution analysis.
  • Assisting in risk management and compliance.
  • Aiding in portfolio management.
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs.
  • Escalating issues to the 2nd Line Support group when necessary.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Knowledge and understanding of equity and fixed income indices.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the financial data industry.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with, querying, and manipulating large datasets.
  • Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases, and applications.
  • Experience with handling and writing logic to query data from different databases
  • High proficiency with MS Excel.
