Service Performance Senior Consultant

Job Description

Rimes is seeking a Service Performance Senior Consultant to join their London-based team. This role involves managing and growing existing client accounts, providing expert advice, and acting as a point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team. The consultant will work closely with the Existing Business Sales Manager on strategic decisions and new opportunities.Responsibilities include:

• Oversight and management of all flow workload for existing business accounts
• Providing expert advice to clients regarding their feed requirements
• Conducting periodical service reviews with clients
• Serving as a general point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team

Requirements include:

• Strong work experience in the financial data industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Graduate calibre, preferably a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• Significant experience as a Service Manager or Senior Consultant within the financial data industry
