Data Management Office Associate Consultant at Rimes Technologies

Rimes is seeking a Data Management Office Associate Consultant to join their Client Managed Services department in Manila. Rimes provides enterprise data management solutions to the global investment community. The ideal candidate will support the Rimes EDMSaaS product and services, working with a global team to ensure high-quality daily service across all EDMSaaS clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Rimes EDMSaaS product and corresponding services.
• Work with a global Client Managed Service team to ensure high-quality daily service across all EDMSaaS clients.
• Ensure EDMSaas data flows are monitored and optimized to support each client data needs.
• Ensure that data quality controls are executed and maintained across a wide range of data sets.
• Interact with clients, external data partners, and Rimes specialists to manage and resolve data validation failures.
• Ensure mastered data services meet internal and external KPIs.
• Support Clients in delivering ongoing changes to their service.
• Support Client in regularly reviewing and optimizing their service.
• Contribute to ongoing internal projects which enhance the EDMSaaS Product and services.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• 2-4 years’ experience in the financial data industry.
• Experience in Operations handling Security Reference and/or Pricing Data.
• Experience developing and maintaining controls to ensure the quality of pricing/security data.
• Experience with market data portals and/or or vendors in investigating data challenges.
• Ability to work with high volumes of challenges to meet daily operational deadlines.
• Ability to work under their own initiative to improve and enhance their service.
• Experience interacting with clients using their operational service.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• High proficiency with MS Excel.
