Data Management Specialist at Rimes Technologies

Rimes is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join their Client Services department in Nicosia, Cyprus. The specialist will support the Rimes EDM-as-a-Service product, working with a global team to ensure high-quality daily service for clients. Rimes provides enterprise data management solutions to the global investment community, and this role is crucial for maintaining data quality and supporting client needs.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Rimes EDM-as-a-Service product and related services.
• Working with a global Client Service team to ensure high-quality daily service.
• Monitoring and optimizing EDM-as-a-Service data flows.
• Executing and maintaining data quality controls across various datasets.
• Interacting with clients, data partners, and Rimes specialists to resolve data validation issues.
• Supporting clients in delivering ongoing service changes and optimizations.
• Contributing to internal projects that enhance the EDM-as-a-Service product.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in the financial data industry.
• Experience in Operations handling Security Reference and/or Pricing Data.
• Experience developing and maintaining controls for data quality.
• Experience with market data portals and vendors.
• Proficiency in analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Strong working knowledge of financial spreadsheets and databases.
• Good communication skills.
• High proficiency with MS Excel.
• Familiarity using data challenge portals
