Rimes, a provider of enterprise data management solutions, is seeking a Deputy Head of Manila, Operational Control Director, to lead the operational transformation of their Manila office. This role involves overseeing the operational control framework and driving high standards of operational excellence.Responsibilities include:

• Devising and executing an Operational Control Governance Framework.
• Leading the planning, implementation, and management of operational controls.
• Identifying and resolving operational control gaps.
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Fostering strong communication across operational teams.
• Collaborating to enhance operational processes and team capabilities.
• Overseeing strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements include:

• At least 10 years in senior management roles, preferably in investment management or operational services.
• Proven track record in managing operational controls and leading multi-functional teams.
• Experience in overseeing data management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Experience in driving transformation projects and achieving strategic goals in a global environment.
• Familiarity with control frameworks and management within DORA, ISO Standards, SOC 2, GDPR.
• Strong project management skills.
