Ogilvy is seeking an Administrative Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth functioning and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. Memac Ogilvy is looking for someone highly organized to the role.

Role Involves:
  • Managing the leadership team's calendar.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
  • Maintaining records and tracking budgets.
  • Conducting research and preparing meeting agendas.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proactive approach and adaptability.
  • Professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
