Junior Art Director- Jordan

Job Description

Memac Ogilvy is seeking a Junior Art Director to join their team in Amman, Jordan. The Junior Art Director will collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute visually compelling advertising campaigns across multiple media platforms. They will work on projects that span across multiple media platforms.Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of advertising campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
• Design layouts for various media, including digital, print, out-of-home, and social media.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Create visual prototypes and mock-ups to present to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and advertising.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
• Provide support to the creative team on photo shoots, video production, and other multimedia projects.
• Assist in the selection of photographers, illustrators, printers, and other vendors.
• Attend client meetings to present concepts and designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an art direction or design role, preferably in an agency setting.
• A portfolio showcasing strong aesthetic judgment and conceptual ability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
