Memac Ogilvy is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences for a diverse range of clients and projects. He will be a champion for user-centric design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions.

The UI/UX Designer will be involved in:

• Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyzing user data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Defining user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
• Facilitating brainstorming sessions and workshops.
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Translating user needs and business requirements into engaging user interfaces.
• Designing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Expertise in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
