Associate QA Manager at 2K Madrid

2K Games is seeking a highly motivated QA Associate Test Manager to ensure the quality of video game titles. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, manage test processes, and enhance the overall quality assurance strategy. He/She will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with project stakeholders to define test objectives and strategies.
• Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Executing test plans across multiple platforms and devices.
• Coordinating with QA testers and monitoring test progress.
• Implementing and maintaining QA processes and methodologies.
• Collaborating with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to QA team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality assurance/testing roles within the video game industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Strong understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution across multiple platforms and devices.
• Familiarity with testing tools, bug tracking systems, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
