Job Description
iSpot is seeking an HRIS Analyst to enhance its People Operations function. The HRIS Analyst will optimize HR systems, drive efficiency, and ensure data-driven decision-making. This role involves administering and enhancing the value of HRIS systems, providing technical support, development, and ongoing maintenance. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Talent and Culture and is responsible for business process configuration, report development, security configuration, and system functionality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years in HRIS management, with specific expertise with ADP WFN required
- Experience managing complex HRIS projects, including system upgrades and implementations
- Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in ADP
- Advanced ADP Report Writing experience
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Ability to translate complex HRIS data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
