Sr. Corporate Counsel

Job Description

iSpot.tv is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Legal team, supporting Enterprise and SMB Sales, Marketing, and Procurement Departments. The role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will be solution-focused, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex SaaS Service Agreements, Agency Agreements, and Professional Services Agreements.
• Supporting quota-carrying sales reps and providing strategic stewardship during negotiations.
• Drafting and negotiating Purchase and Vendor Agreements, including Data Hosting Services contracts.
• Serving as a trusted advisor and collaborating with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, InfoSec and Privacy, and P&E teams.
• Ensuring contracts meet legal, regulatory, and corporate policy standards.
• Providing counsel on regulatory and compliance issues related to privacy and new product launches.
• Driving initiatives to modernize and scale legal processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in at least one state bar.
• 7+ years of experience in legal practice.
• Expertise in technology and commercial transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and directly with stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
