Job Description

iSpot.tv is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its Creative measurement product suite. This role is pivotal in enhancing the TV industry's understanding of creative ad performance. The Director will drive product strategy, innovation, and execution, ensuring iSpot.tv's solutions meet client and market needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and align product vision with business objectives.
  • Drive market research to inform product decisions.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
  • Lead product development and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within market research, marketing, TV advertising, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful products from conception through launch.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
