iSpot.tv is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Account Executives. This role focuses on driving revenue growth across new and existing customers, optimizing customer value, and ensuring strategic guidance. The RVP will play a crucial role in shaping customer partnerships and executing annual account planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives.
Ensure the team meets and exceeds revenue and customer growth goals.
Own the annual strategic account planning process.
Accurately communicate expected sales revenue.
Guide the team in executing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Executive Business Reviews (EBR).
Lead the team in managing the customer account revenue cycle.
Stay informed about the competitive landscape.
Assist the team in managing escalated customer concerns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years in customer-facing roles.
Experience in data measurement, market research, marketing, or advertising.
Proven track record in building and coaching high-performing teams.
Demonstrated experience as an effective people manager.
Ability to engage in strategic conversations at the C-suite level.
Strong strategic vision and adaptability.
