AI Evaluator (Gulu, Uganda)

Sama is seeking an AI Evaluator to join their talent pool and contribute to the advancement of generative AI models. The AI Evaluator will ensure the high quality of AI-generated writing and create original content that enhances the AI’s capabilities. The role involves providing insights into client needs and best practices to drive success and shape the future of AI-driven content.Sama is continuously seeking talented individuals for this role due to the growth and evolution of their AI solutions. This is an evergreen position, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.What this role involves:

• Writing detailed top-tier original content.
• Evaluating, editing, and improving the quality of AI-generated writing.
• Rating the quality of AI-generated content.
• Providing coaching and mentorship support to production teams.
• Managing investigations of escalations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English or Literature.
• Fluency in English at C1/C2 level.
• Excellent English grammar and comprehension.
• A critical eye and the ability to clearly explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text.
• Excellent sense of writing style.
