AI Evaluator (Kampala, Uganda)

Job Description

Sama is seeking an AI Evaluator to join their talent pool and contribute to the advancement of generative AI models. The AI Evaluator will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of AI-generated writing and creating original content to enhance the AI's capabilities. The role involves providing insights into client needs and best practices to drive success and shape the future of AI-driven content.

What this role involves:

• Writing detailed, top-tier original content.
• Evaluating, editing, and improving the quality of AI-generated writing.
• Rating the quality of AI-generated content.
• Providing coaching and mentorship to production teams.
• Managing investigations of escalations and championing the recovery process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English or Literature.
• Fluency in English at C1/C2 level.
• Excellent English grammar and comprehension.
• A critical eye and the ability to explain the strengths and weaknesses of text.
• Excellent sense of writing style.
