Workato is seeking an Embedded Account Executive to join their expanding team. This role can be performed from anywhere in India. The ideal candidate will manage the sales process from start to finish, meeting sales targets, maintaining pipeline management, understanding the product, understanding customer needs, contributing to company growth and sharing best practices.
Role involves:
- Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
- Understanding the product inside out, be technically sound
- Understanding customer needs and requirement
- Being a company builder
- Sharing best practices back into the organization
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role
- Hunting and Account Management Experience handling and owning relationships with OEM partners
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A desire to build something new that can change the world, versus fitting neatly into a large company with an established static playbook.
