Workato is seeking an Account Executive to join their growing Japan team. This role involves building and executing a territory plan targeting mid-market customers across Japan, focusing on new business sales both directly and through channel partners. The Account Executive will partner with SDR, partner sales, and marketing teams based locally and act as a strategic advisor to C-Level executives, helping them maximize the potential of automation and integration.
Responsibilities include:
  • Joining the growing Japan team.
  • Reporting directly to the Japan General Manager.
  • Building and executing a territory plan.
  • Focusing on new business sales.
  • Partnering with internal teams.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of Commercial Software Sales experience.
  • Proven ability to generate new business sales.
  • Ability to communicate with senior executives.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
