Job Description
Dr. Squatch is seeking an Account Manager to oversee its expanding retail presence within Target. This person will focus on daily customer management and contribute to the development of the company's lasting retail strategy.This position involves close collaboration with operations, product, and marketing teams to support retail activities. The Account Manager will report to the Sr. Account Manager, Target, working full-time from Minneapolis, MN.What this role Involves:
  • Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers at Target.
  • Working with brokers and distributors to develop beneficial strategies.
  • Collaborating on sales strategy to boost market share.
  • Creating merchandising displays.
  • Developing trade promotion strategies.
  • Managing sales collateral.
  • Providing input for demand planning.
  • Ensuring smooth execution of new item launches.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the CPG sector.
  • Experience in personal care or wellness categories within the Target channel is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Target’s Partners Online is essential.
  • Experience working with tier 1 mass retailers (Target preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Experience managing broker networks.
  • Understanding of national accounts, brokers, and distributors.
  • Experience scaling a brand is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and e-commerce.
