Job Description

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the expansion of its Costco Global business. The role involves driving day-to-day excellence with Costco and developing long-term growth strategies for the club channel. The Senior Account Manager will report to the Director of Retail Sales.

Dr. Squatch is looking for someone to champion its unique brand position within Costco, maximizing sales performance. This is a full-time role with company benefits based in or near Issaquah, Washington.

What this role involves:

• Building relationships with key decision-makers at Costco.
• Developing Costco-specific business plans to maximize sales.
• Creating innovative club merchandising solutions.
• Developing club-sized SKUs and packaging.
• Analyzing Costco data to identify growth opportunities.
• Managing trade spending and promotional strategies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution.
• Co-working with the international team on global programs.
• Overseeing broker relationships and field teams.
• Creating compelling presentations.
• Driving new product launches within Costco.
• Providing accurate forecasting.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of senior CPG Account Management experience with success in the club channel, particularly Costco.
• Strategic leadership track record with exceptional sales growth at Costco or similar retailers.
• Deep understanding of Costco’s business model and merchandising requirements.
• Experience executing rotational programs and Costco-specific promotions.
• Strong relationships with Costco decision-makers.
• Experience negotiating deals and managing trade spending budgets.
• History of managing broker networks and field teams.
• Success in developing club-specific SKUs and packaging.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Adaptable self-starter.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
