The OTC Sales Trader role at the company involves managing client relationships, driving stablecoin swap/Forex trading volume, and identifying business opportunities in the APAC region. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding and transaction issues, improve SOPs, and enhance the OTC product.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing OTC clients' relationships and daily trading executions.
- Drive stablecoin swap/Forex trading volume.
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients/companies and HNW customers in APAC.
- Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding, transaction monitoring and periodic review issues.
- Work with product, operation and BD teams to improve SOPs and OTC product.
Requirements:
- A undergraduate or postgraduate in Finance/Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Prior work experience in a sales or trading team in relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of Forex market and trading.
- Connections within the web3 companies and SMEs with payment/cross-border transaction needs.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adapt to high-intensity work, demonstrate diverse cultural understanding and be efficient to work with different teams.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
