Frontend Engineer Intern - Account & Dashboard at StraitsX

The Frontend Engineer Intern will contribute to building and maintaining local dashboards for internal use at the company. They will address scalability and logic challenges in existing features, such as enhancing modal functionality on the landing page. This role also involves revamping internal dashboards to boost scalability and performance. The intern will collaborate with engineers and designers to implement improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain local dashboards for internal use.
• Tackle scalability and logic issues in existing features on Landing Page.
• Revamp existing internal dashboards to improve scalability and performance.
• Co-work with engineers/designers on the implementation of improvement projects.

Requirements:

• 6 month full-time commitment time frame
• Basic understanding and experience in web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Basic usage of Git for version control and understanding of GitHub or GitLab operations
• Basic JavaScript syntax and concepts
• Basic understanding of React.JS
• Value UI/UX design and continuously keep up with the latest trends
