Senior Product Ops Associate at StraitsX

StraitsX, developed by Xfers (now part of Fazz), is seeking a Senior Product Ops Associate to enhance product experience through operational excellence. This role involves ensuring smooth daily settlement of fiat and blockchain-based transactions, engaging with internal teams for product support, and resolving issues using technology. The Senior Product Ops Associate will participate in daily reconciliation, risk mitigation, and investigation across StraitsX’ transaction flows, bridging the gap between product limitations and user expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in Operations in a regulated financial environment
• Broad understanding of transaction flows, risk control, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
• Understanding of stablecoins, blockchain networks, custody solutions, and DeFi protocols
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility to work collaboratively
• Exceptional communication skills
