Senior Product Ops Associate at StraitsX

The company is StraitsX, a payments infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia developed by Xfers. They are seeking a Senior Product Ops Associate to drive product experience through operational excellence in daily settlement of fiat and blockchain-based transactions. The associate will engage with internal teams, resolve issues using technology, and participate in daily reconciliation, risk mitigation, and investigation.

What this role involves:

• Driving product experience through ensuring operational excellence.
• Actively engage with internal teams to provide product operations support.
• Working cross-functionally to resolve issues using technology and automation.
• Participating in daily reconciliation, risk mitigation and investigation.
• Bridging the gap between product limitations and user expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in Operations in a regulated financial environment
• Broad understanding of transaction flows, risk control, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate the right stakeholders
• Understanding of stablecoins, blockchain networks, custody solutions, and DeFi protocols
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Adaptable and flexible to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
