Product Manager

Job Description

Fay is seeking a detail-oriented and rigorous Product Manager to join their team as the second product manager. This individual will collaborate with the first product manager, the design team, and the CEO to develop a first-of-its-kind platform for healthy living.

The role involves:

• Developing concepts into ready-to-build features through research and testing.
• Shepherding projects through implementation, tracking progress, and launching features.
• Owning product parts, measuring impact, and identifying new opportunities.
• Test-driving other products to stay updated on best practices and trends.

Requirements:

• At least one year of consumer product management experience at an early-stage startup.
• A track record of shipping high-quality products with technical components.
• Experience in solving complex problems while maintaining a view of the bigger picture.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Curiosity about product development and a drive for continuous learning.
• Scrappiness and resourcefulness in achieving goals.
