Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Fay is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing startup. The Senior Product Designer will play a pivotal role in defining the future of Fay's product and brand. Collaborating closely with the Founding Product Designer, CEO, PM, and the rest of the team, the candidate will work on a variety of tasks, from initial concept to polished execution.

Role Involves:

• Designing key features and initiatives, from initial concept to polished execution
• Collaborating with the team to shape the product vision and refine the design process
• Establishing Fay’s design system and processes
• Using data and user feedback to refine designs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with a passion for user experience
• Collaborative team player
• Experience contributing to and managing design systems in Figma (or similar tools)
