Job Description
Fay is looking for a Performance Marketer to play a critical role in developing and managing the user acquisition program. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and management of core paid acquisition channels, as well as spearheading new promising acquisition channels.
What the role involves:
- Owning core paid acquisition channels and driving strategy, execution, and analysis.
- Creating platform-specific marketing strategies to acquire target clients.
- Devising processes to create and develop a high volume of creative assets.
- Owning the data/analytics that support paid efforts, including the attribution program and tracking tools.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design experiences to engage and convert clients.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing a B2C acquisition program focused on Meta, TikTok, and Paid Influencers.
- Growth marketing mindset with an inquisitive and creative approach.
- Strong marketing skills to originate unique marketing concepts that resonate with target consumers.
- Data expertise to pull, analyze, and interpret critical insights.
- A+ communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
