Job Description
Infinite Reality is seeking a Director of Operations to manage complex, cross-divisional projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role will oversee integrations of acquisitions, standardize processes, and lead high-impact initiatives across the organization. The Director of Operations will be a pivotal role in Infinite Reality's Operations team.
What this role involves:
- Manage and ensure successful completion of current operational initiatives, including insurance, Vendor Relations/Negotiations, and acquisition integrations.
- Lead multiple high-priority projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for improved efficiency and scalability, while planning for future project components.
- Create dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring project requirements are met and objectives are achieved.
- Continuously enhance integration methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency across the organization.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
- Lead daily stand-ups, status updates, and post-mortem evaluations to document best practices and lessons learned.
- Work closely with the SVP of Operations to align resources with priorities and ensure projects remain on track and cost-effective.
Requirements:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
- 7+ years in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex integrations.
- Proven expertise in integrating processes, teams, and systems within strict timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and other methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.
- Advanced skills in project management tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
