Full Stack Engineering Manager

Job Description

BeamUP is seeking a Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers in Tel Aviv. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of a flexible and scalable system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system design principles and best practices, as well as experience leading and motivating a team of developers.Role involves:

• Defining technical vision and roadmap.
• Owning the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of system design principles.
• Experience with React, Redux, Mobx, Microservices, AWS, and Docker.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
