Contrôleur financier (H/F) at heycar

Heycar is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. The company is experiencing rapid growth in the European automotive industry, aiming to change how customers find and purchase cars by connecting them with professionals. The Financial Controller will report directly to the Finance Director.

Role Involves:

• Improving sales administration processes, including invoicing and client onboarding.
• Consolidating invoices, managing approvals via Getmoss, and handling supplier payments.
• Recognizing revenue from back-office data, managing accounts, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Verifying payroll, managing legal procedures, and formalizing processes.
• Contributing to financial reporting and cost optimization analyses.
• Automating tasks and collaborating with the group controlling team in Berlin.

Requirements:

• BAC+3 degree in accounting/controlling.
• 1-2 years of experience in a firm or company.
• Proficiency in Excel (TcD, PowerQuery).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and high standards
• Adaptability to software and enthusiasm for process automation.
• Versatility and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to improve English skills.
