Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

The Dot Collective, a consultancy based in the UK and EU, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst. The role involves working with modern tech stacks and agile scrum methodologies on various projects. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for understanding business data problems, designing data storage solutions, and communicating effectively with technical teams.

Role Involves:
• Gathering and documenting business and project requirements
• Managing stakeholders
• Analysing and profiling large datasets
• Managing a team backlog (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Creating data dashboards and story telling

Requirements:
• Excellent SQL skills
• Knowledge of Python (pandas)
• Experience with Cloud platforms
• Familiarity with OLTP and OLAP systems
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik
• Creating conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Creating mapping specifications for data migrations
