• Being an agile practitioner, identifying the best processes and methods for an engagement.
• Listening to and interpreting the needs of technical and business stakeholders.
• Keeping track of the commercial health of engagements.
• Facilitating delivery flow and actively addressing risks and dependencies.
• Prioritizing high-value activities.
• Ensuring teams plan delivery appropriately.
• Helping to create the right environment for a team.

Requirements:

• Experience with agile delivery methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of commercial aspects of engagements.
• Ability to facilitate delivery flow and address risks.
• Prioritization skills.
• Ability to create a positive team environment.
