IPG is seeking a Human Resources Service Excellence Reporting Analyst to join their team in Omaha, Nebraska. The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data to develop data-driven insights that support decision-making and enhance HR service delivery. This role involves creating accurate and insightful reports on key HR metrics, maintaining data integrity, and developing visual dashboards for performance tracking.
The role involves:
- Gathering and compiling HR data from various sources.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Developing regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics.
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
- Communicating findings to HR stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience using analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in creating reports, charts, and dashboards.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Advanced knowledge of database management.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues.
